I attended the Corona Fastnet Film Festival in Schull, Co. Cork last month. I met with three film directors, one of whom has won an Oscar and another director was nominated this year for an Oscar.
I gave both men a copy of "No Love Here" and one of them had a brief talk with me and said that he would give me a call.
I also had the good fortune to meet a script writer who is enthusiastic about the potential for the book to be adapted to a film. He is currently preparing an outline and some sample pages for my approval.
